How to connect to the photocopiers for printing (Staff & Postgrads only).


1. Click on Printers and Faxes in your start menu

2. Select Add a printer in the top left of the screen that now appears.

3. The following will appear. Click next

4. Select the A network printer, or printer attached to another computer option, then click next.

5. Select the Connect to this printer(or to browse for a printer, select this option and click Next): button, then type in the available field:

\\atlas\Oce VarioPrint 2090 PS

Then click next.

6. A popup warning will appear as shown below. Click Yes on this.

7. When asked if you want this to be your default printer, click No.

8. Details of what will be added will be shown. Click Finish to end the installation.

9. Your printer will show up on your printer list as shown.

10. To add the Colour photocopier, repeat steps 2 - 4. When prompted for the name of the printer type the following in the available field:

\\atlas\Oce CS 180

Then click next.

11. A popup warning will appear as shown below. Click Yes on this.

12. When asked if you want this to be your default printer, click No.

13. Details of what will be added will be shown. Click Finish to end the installation.

14. Your printer will show up on your printer list as shown.
